IsomiR Window homepage. Users may easily run all the analyses supported by IsomiR Window through its main interface. The interface provides users three different Modules: a The Annotation module that may automatically trigger the Functional analysis module; b the Functional analysis module that can be used independently of the previous; c review analysis that allows visualizing the results of a previous job. The interface provides users with easy to fill in forms allowing to set analysis parameters and to select to run in parallel different tools that perform the same analysis (e.g. isomiR target prediction) for posterior comparison
