The performance is plotted as a bar graph where the pattern of each bar shows the cumulative increase in insertions or queries for different false positive rates. Real k-mers used here is generated from the ERR1050075 experiment to represent real sequencing. Additional file 1: Figures S4 and S5 show the comparisons between 8 real datasets
