Module identification of  DREAM5 E. coli network by ModularBoost algorithm. The network topology was derived from the DREAM5 E. coli gold standard, and showed clear topological modules. Multiple gene modules were marked with different colors according to the decomposition results of ModualrBoost. ICA-FDR algorithm was employed in the decomposition part to detect functional modules from time-series expression data
