Adjusted Rand index for varying values of \(\lambda _1\), \(\lambda _2\), \(\lambda _3\). \(p_\text {signal}\) and \(p_\text {fp}\) were held constant and set to 0.1 and 1 respectively (see the Synthetic data results section for the definitions of \(p_\text {signal}\) and \(p_\text {fp}\)). Theia was run for each combination of \(\lambda _1\), \(\lambda _2\), and \(\lambda _3\). The adjusted Rand index was calculated for each run, resulting in a three-dimensional matrix of results.
