Customized active peptide design method. Steps 1–3 induct rules which separate active from inactive peptides. Step 4 finds new sequences which are predicted to be active and are customized toward design targets. The peptides are evaluated for activity. If new sequences are active, then the process is complete. If the new sequences are inactive, the method starts a new iteration by learning which new sequences to test by incorporating the previously customized sequences in the dataset
