For the Tukey test with a significance level of \(\epsilon = 0.05\), protein E metrics were statistically different from other proteins, with the exception of PR-AUC and Precision, which were statistically equal to protein C. In these experiments, the co-occurrences present in protein E have a greater capacity to describe the severity of dengue when compared to other proteins
