Ovarian cancer application: integrative DAG learning pipeline. Step 1: infer a directed network based on the time course cell line proteogenomics data from a treatment perturbation experiment. Note that, there could be bidirectional edges when we drop the time suffix in the resulting network from this step. Step 2: infer outcome-driven-DAGs with both continuous (e.g. proteins) and a binary variable (treatment response) based on CPTAC ovarian cancer proteogenomics data, while taking into account the directional information learned in Step 1
