As FAM215B does not exist in the STRING database, the network includes nine out of ten reported genes that are associated with both TBV and ICV. Each node represents each protein-coding gene. Nodes are connected by edges that represent known associations between proteins. Colored nodes indicate the first shell of interactors, and white nodes indicate the second shell of interactors. Edges with different colors represent different sources used to obtain the information on protein associations
