Nodes represent clones and edges either persistence or parental relations, and node size is proportional to clonal prevalence. (Right) LACE 2.0 also returns the fishplot, in addition to the summary table. The Shiny interface is fully interactive with each element reactive and the possibility of obtaining information from external databases such as Ensembl [6]
