The major metabolic precursors in virulence processes UDP-N-acetyl-D-glucosamine (uacgam), Acetyl-ACP (acACP), dTDP-4-dehydro-6-deoxy-L-mannose (dtdpddm), GDP-D-mannose (gdpman), and Chorismate (chor) (marked with mandatory labels) are also important metabolites of closely related functional subsystems. The subsystem-unassigned reactions FMETDF and METSR-S1 are shown to have close connectivity with sulfur metabolism (top right corner).
