  1. The results CASCADE_SCAN were obtained from four independent experiments using three seed proteins, and one experiment for four seed proteins. (PPI score threshold: 0.900, credible PPI score threshold: 0.950, DFS path length: 5). Note, the results of color-coding algorithm, NetSearch, PathFinder and ILP were obtained from Zhao's paper.
