The common core module markers of CMI- and CORG-COMBINER describe growth factors, survival factors, the cell cycle, and the extracellular matrix. Unique pathways to CMI-COMBINER include the anti-apoptosis and JAK-STAT cascade, while anti-growth factor and death factor pathways were discovered uniquely by CORG-COMBINER.
