  1. Statistics on clusterings of the largest connected component of the A. thaliana network. All algorithms were run using their default settings. MCODE was run without “haircut” and no “fluff,” MCODE.F included “fluff.” The table reports the number of proteins that were assigned to at least one module, the number of modules after filtering according to procedure used in Vidal et al.[31], and the number of modules FuncAssoc[41] reported as enriched for at least one GO annotation.
