  1. The difference between the Sanger and 454 sequences and their locations are given. For example, G 6→G 5 (133) means that a homopolymer beginning at the 133rdbase with 6 G s in a Sanger sequence showed up as 5 G s in most of the pyrosequence reads. All disagreements consist of deletions in the 454 reads on long G/C homopolymers relative to the Sanger sequences, and the majority of the disagreements occurred on one locus, site 133.
