The dashed lines mark the boundary of the Irev, Prevand Frevregions. Colors: Black - an LP problem is solved for the corresponding (ordered) pair of reactions; Gray - the corresponding LP problem is not solved due to one (or both) reactions being eliminated from the network (a preprocessing improvement); White - corresponding LP problem does not get solved due to an algorithmic improvement.
