Propensity values for the binding pocket of the GTPase from Pyrococcus abissi bound to GTP (PDB: 1yr8). The surface of the protein has been colored according to the Propensity Value assigned to each residue by PDBinder. The colors range from blue, for low propensity values, to red for high values. The binding pocket clearly shows a strong positive signal.
