The 'Initial candidates of H_HPV by BLAST search' indicate the initial candidates of human proteins interacting with HPV proteins (H_HPV) found by BLAST search from GenBank with the known H_HCV as query sequences. The 'Predicted candidates of H_HPV by SVM' were determined by the SVM model from the initial candidates of H_HPV. The 'Refined candidates of H_HPV with GO' were obtained from the predicted candidates by selecting H_HCV that has the same GO cellular component terms as the known H_HPV.
