Each microarray experiment is described by its TAIR [28] id and type of abiotic stress; cel files of each experiment can be located on TAIR [28] through its id. Total number of downloaded cel files from each experiment is shown on column Cel files. The combination Abiotic stress/Plant part gives the 19 groups used for the asymptotic analysis of Pearson correlation coefficients. The column n_i shows number of elements in each of 19 groups comprising the large expression matrix. The column $n_{i}^{*}$ shows number of elements in each of 19 groups comprising the large matrix of residuals.
