Arrows indicate the direction of graph communications, with probabilities ρ customizing the Metropolis-Hastings proposal density. For each concept, the posterior estimates are shown for main effect variables (diagonals) and pair-wise interactions (off-diagonals). Darker shades indicate higher posterior probabilities. The boxes (blue and green) within a matrix denotes the portion of the model space previously searched.
