For most parameters, we record 900 samples (thin = 10, i.e., record every 10^th sample) after the first 100 burn-in samples. An exception was made for learning parameter τ in TCGA dataset to reduce memory usage in estimating Poisson-Lognormal regression model (200 samples were recorded, among which first 50 were discarded as burn-in).
