Each dot represents the D:n0_4 mer, OUV:n1_4 mer and PS:n0_4 mer values of one fragment. The latter parameter is depicted by a color code represented by the bar in the right part of the figure. The grey lines indicate borders of the inner quartiles of values for the corresponding OU statistical parameters.
