The top three plots show curves fitted to the cDNA M-values, which are indicated as dots. Black dots are M-values, blue dots are dye-swap M-values which have been reversed in sign for the plot. The bottom three plots show curves fitted to the Affymetrix log-intensities, shown as dots.
