To illustrate differences between randomly and highly clustered networks, normalized clustering coefficients are depicted for the PL (A) and the EH (B) networks with average degree of 10. The highly clustered EH networks are affected to a much greater degree by low bait coverage rates than the randomly clustered PL networks.
