  1. Variation of the percentage of correctly identified interactions (given at a 95% confidence interval) with the percentage error in the data. E.g., a 5% error implies that all the experimental expression ratio data are known only with an error of ±5%. The "experimental" data are obtained from simulations using the "Low" synthetic network (Figure 1).
