The highest sensitivities are 64.43% and 80.88% in the yeast and worm training datasets, respectively. Abbreviations for keywords are as follows: BI (binding), AS (ase activity), PO (porter activity), TC (transcription activity), RI (ribosome), TL (translation activity), ST (structural activity), RE (receptor activity), and RK (remaining keywords).
