  1. For each cell line, N is the number of distinct non redundant and non trivial (size ≥ 2 i.e. 2 nodes) interval-communities. N(filtered) is the number of communities filtered out because (i) they do not correspond to a genomic interval or (ii) they double in size when going back to the original (not masked) positions. The last two columns correspond to the number of communities and distinct borders in the database
