This figure exhibits two histograms from an analysis of the data hidden _fac.dat, one for the unadjusted p-values for testing the variety-based differential gene expression (found from the standard ANOVA model) and the other corresponding to the adjusted p-values obtained after correcting the hidden variability in the data by our R package svapls.
