Comparisons of the binding parameters for a set of 61 TFs of the yeast S. cerevisiae (YPD condition). E BP and U BP are minimal binding energy (consensus) and chemical potential estimated by the BayesPI, E QP and U QP are minimal binding energy (consensus) and chemical potential obtained by QPMEME[21], and E BvH is the minimal binding energy (consensus) computed from BvH[15]. CV is a coefficient of variation of the predicted binding parameters between two different methods. Here for each TF, if the CV<30% then we consider the two estimates are reasonably matched.
