A 4-gram pair KLTL:EAAS (red region) that is predicted to contribute the DDI between PF04983 on RPB1 and PF03870 on RPB8 is highlighted. This gram pair is expanded on the right side of the figure for clarity. The figure was generated based on the PDB crystal structures (PDB: 1y1v) using the protein structural viewing tool Cn3D [42].
