The large green paraclique of 51 transcripts, A, was computed at the 0.65 threshold. Paraclique B, identified from the graph at a 0.83 threshold, contained 17 transcripts. After converting to gene symbols, A and B had an intersection of size 12 genes. The remaining genes from paraclique A may be present in other, smaller paracliques found at the 0.83 level. IPA showed that paraclique A matched several possible networks, while the smaller paraclique B matched only a single network associated with cellular development, hematological disease, and cell morphology.Back to article page
