Because of the strict unanimity clause the performances of the single indexes Poodle-W, gVSL2 and <E c >, evaluated on a set purged by the unclassified proteins, coincides with that of S SU , here reported on sets B and C. nc is the fraction of unclassified proteins; nc f and nc u are the fraction of folded and unfolded proteins left unclassified.
