Two stored Cy5 labelled RNA samples (macrophages stimulated with LPS) were rehybridised with new arrays (purple); the unlabelled original RNA from the samples was also labelled with Cy3, and then hybridised with new arrays (cyan). The dots corresponding to the original hybridisations with these samples are shown in red.
