  1. Gene Ontology attributes are used to characterize the genes obtained by our method from the yeast data set. It shows the biological analysis of the biggest subgraph I (see Figure 5). The first column represents the number of genes in the subgraph with this GO attribute, the second column is the adjusted p-value by Westfall and Young corrections and the third column is the name of the GO attribute.
