An example of HUNTER predict cluster, a ten-protein cluster. The module seed of this cluster consists of one protein in yellow (YAR007C) and five proteins in pink (YJL173C, YCR028C-A, YML032C, YNL312W, and YHR164C) in the dashed circle. Among these six proteins, five proteins (YAR007C, YJL173C, YCR028C-A, YML032C, and YNL312W) form a fully connected subgraph (clique) in the PPI network. Proteins in green, YCR092C, YMR234W, YKL114C, and YER095W are the attachments to the module seed.
