  1. The q-values for each of the 16 spiked in probesets using all 8 arrays (Column 1) and with each of the 8 arrays removed (Columns 2-9). A q-value < 0.01 denotes a probeset correctly identified as differentially expressed. Removing the poor quality array (4) decreases the q-values, while removing the other good quality arrays increases the q-values.
