Confirmation of hybridization sensitivity. The ratio of C. elegans CB4856 to C. elegans N2 probe intensity values (following probe-level normalization and centering) in relation to the niDf94(V) deletion variant (of chromosome V), which overlaps two uncharacterized genes in the N2 genome, C49G7.1 and D1065.3a. The dip in probe intensity ratios below 1.0 is representative for the other 141 deletion variants previously identified [21].
