Test setup. Testing is performed on two sets of sequence data, T sens and T spec . For T sens artificial recombinants of two subtypes are used as genome data, for T spec pure sequences are taken. The sequences of T sens are classified subtype-wise with jpHMM, whereas the sequences of T spec are assigned their original subtype. Then, USF is applied to both sequence sets.
