The targets of two microRNAs (miR-A and miR-B) can be expanded by transcription factor (TF)-target network (green edge) to include G1~G3. The gene set is further expanded via protein-protein interaction network (red edge) to include P1~P3. D1~P2 and D2-8 represents Drug-target relationship (black edge).
