The abbreviations Pre, Post, Early and Late denote the four groups under investigation as described in Section 2.3, pre-ADT, post-ADT, ADT failure within a short time-frame, ADT failure within a long timeframe. The numbers denote biological replicates for each group. For example, Pre1 is the first sample in the pre-ADT group.
