  1. The numbers are averages over 10 trials. Accuracy is defined as the number of target peaks whose mappings contain the correct residue divided by the number of peaks with mappings, including noise peaks. Avg Num Res is the average number of residues predicted per peak with a mapping. Results for the best guess unambiguous mapping (U) and the ambiguous mapping (A) are given for Histone H1. The mappings for a peak is correct in the ambiguous case if it contains all possible residues.
