H_HPV represents the human proteins that are known to interact with HPV proteins. For each HPV protein, the number of H_HPV in a training set was computed by $N_{i} = N (T r a i n i n g) \cdot \frac{N (T_{i})}{N (T o t a l)}$ , where T_i is the i- th HPV protein.
