Folding kinetics of the Spliced Leader RNA from L. collosoma simulated with HIKINETICS . Folding kinetics for the 25 best π h hishapes plus the open chain ([_]), which was used as the starting structure for this simulation. The simulation was based on the 100 best π h hishapes and the open chain. The simulation took 253 min using 64 cores of a 4x AMD Opteron 6282SE machine with 512 GB RAM running under openSuSE 12.2.
