General Features is same as stated in Figure 3 c-d) Important functional regions as listed in Table 3 and 4, are highlighted here in color blocks as specified by the legend; Specific Features: Amino acids in Co-occurrence Cluster 1 facilitate the binding of cyc-1 on cyc-bc1 as listed in Table 3 and most of the amino acids in Co-Occurrence Cluster 2 are responsible for the stable axial ligand between cyc-t and the heme group.
