  1. Initial CPU time is the CPU time used for the initialization of the simulation. In the RM, a reduced intracellular ODE model is utilized, where one single shared ODE solver object is used; the simulation frequencies are 1 for all scales. BM utilizes the comprehensive ODE model. MS is based on multiple ODE solver objects, one for each T cell object. DF uses reduced intracellular scale approach with simulation frequency from 1 to 0.1.
