Connectivity distribution of the perturbed scale-free networks ( r FP = 0.0001, r FN = 0.3). This picture shows the connectivity distribution of the the perturbed networks using (3) provided that r FP = 0.0001 and r FN = 0.3. Figure 1(b) and 1(d) are the linear parts of Figure 1(a) and 1(c), respectively, imposed with the regression lines fitted by the OLS.
