Each of the GNF human expression PCEG sets, derived using an extremeThresh of 0.00001, was tested for Gene Ontology (GO) statistical enrichment. Terms that were enriched for a particular PC at 1% significance threshold are reported. 26 of the top 42 principal components produced extreme gene lists having significant GO term enrichment.
