  1. For the O. sativa mitochondrial genome, we tested REGAL on 419 known edited sites and 419 randomly selected, unedited sites. The overall accuracy for this genome was 75%, with sensitivity of 79% and specificity of 71%. In the 90% credible intervals, there were 262 known edited sites and 287 known unedited sites. We report PPV as well as specificity.
