- The eight contact map predictors are evaluated on the 13 de novo domains of CASP7. The 13 domains include (T0296, T0300, T0307, T0309, T0314, T0316 domain 2, T0319, T0347 domain 2, T0350, T0353, T0361, T0356 domain 1, T0356 domain 3). The experimental structures of the targets and the domain classification can be found at the CASP7 web site (http://predictioncenter.org/casp7). The accuracy and coverage of contact predictions are evaluated at sequence separation >= 12 and >= 24, respectively. It is worth noting that PROFcon only made predictions for 11 out of 13 domains. Thus its performance can not be directly compared with other methods. Here we includes its results for completeness.
