Using a Two-factors ANOVA model with interaction, the interaction term of this gene is not significant (p = 0.74). This indicates this gene has a good consistency of patterns of expression of four samples in all five platforms. The interaction terms from the ANOVA for the data from the each platform and Taqman have the p-values of 10-17, 10-16, 10-7, 10-17, 10-12 for AFX, ABI, AG1, ILM, AND GEH, respectively.
