- This table shows the composition of residues in each side-chain environment class. The first column is the value of core cut-off. The second column is the name of the three residue class. The third column to the eighth column shows the residue composition of each environment class for each residue class. The sum of the compositions of six classes does not equal to 1 because some of the residues cannot be classified into either of the class due to the loss of accessible surface area data. The classification method of E, P1, P2, B1, B2, and B3 is shown in the Method section.
